SMG One Event 2025

What do you do when you are looking for a venue for 700 people in the Swiss Alps, and there is simply no suitable venue available? You turn a tennis hall into a conference venue. That is exactly what we had the pleasure of bringing to life for Swiss Marketplace Group.

For the SMG One Event, 700 employees from 5 countries came together: more than half from Switzerland, with teams travelling in from Serbia, Vietnam, India, France and Germany. The idea: one shared conference, Swissness, team building, and experiences that bring people together.

We developed the entire event concept and oversaw its realisation on site, from location scouting, travel and accommodation, and participant logistics to the operational delivery of the event. The tennis hall became a bespoke conference venue, 700 individual travellers became one crew.

Following the shared conference day, the SMG community came together for their company party at the Kempinski. The second day was all about connection: 18 different activities in Engelberg, a joint wrap-up in the conference venue, and a farewell lunch that closed three days people will not forget.
