Alexia Gainet, the coach behind Fitbyalexia and a community of more than 130,000 Instagram followers, wanted an app of her own: one place to distribute her programmes and bring her community together.
We designed and built the app in Flutter with Node.js and Firebase, RevenueCat for subscriptions and Mux for video streaming, then took it through store validation to launch on the App Store and Play Store.
The launch delivered: 3,000 new users in the first month and five star ratings on both stores. We continue to support Alexia at every step, from development and go to market to maintenance.
